It was helping, Jack sticking close, even as Gabriel helped him stand back up each time, trying to take some of the pain off him if he could. His own legs ached, but he didn't doubt his bond's pain a bit. More mindful of it than his own; as usual.

Needs must and all. "Just stay away from the energy drinks. Soda'll do, maybe some sports drinks." Electrolytes and everything.
